Experienced DIYer?
You are welcome in the Beta. The app walks you through setup. Wiring to pumps, heaters and lights is line-voltage work: have it done by a licensed electrician where your local code requires it.
Questions from pros
Do I need to be licensed?
Installation is for qualified professionals who hold the licenses your area requires for pool, spa and electrical work.
Which pumps and equipment can I connect?
It is built for most residential pool pads, including variable-speed and single-speed pumps. Tell us what you install and we confirm.
What does a founding installer get?
Early Beta hardware, installer training, a direct line to the engineers who build it, and your company in the Tidonix owner app from day one. You also help shape Pro Connect before it opens.
What is the installer price?
Installer pricing has not been announced. Founding installers hear about it first.
Can homeowners find me?
Yes. Owners can find a pool care company in the Tidonix app and link yours. Once linked, you can see their pool in Pro Connect until they revoke access.
